Join me for a beautiful hands-on afternoon of baking, creativity and indulgence in East London. Held on Saturday 6th June, 4:00pm – 7:00pm, this special class is designed for anyone who would love to enjoy a relaxed and elegant baking experience while learning to create a selection of afternoon tea favourites. During the class, guests will make: - Freshly baked scones - Blueberry financiers - Elegant fresh fruit tartlets using crisp ready prepared tart shells, filled with silky Creme patissiere and finished seasonal fruit, alongside espresso tiramisu tartlets layered with coffee infused flavours and delicate mascarpone cream. Guests will also enjoy nibbles, tea, Prosecco and a selection of non alcoholic beverages during the session and leave with their handmade treats beautifully boxed to take home. Whether you come alone, with a friend or as a treat for yourself, this class is warm, welcoming and suitable for all skill levels.
