Head pastry chef Natalie Sheridan knew she wanted to become a pastry chef from a very young age, inspired by her grandmother who was a baker.

 She launched her career in 1998 operating in restaurants and some of London’s top five star hotel establishments, working with some of the best international pastry chefs in the world.

 With a career spanning over 20 years she has gained several awards and accolades, including a Silver award for works in sugar and pastillage at the prestigious Hotelympia event.

 Natalie has also participated in the televised competition Bake off: The Professionals 2020
