Throughout the day you'll learn essential pastry techniques and master the art of creating stunning desserts to take home and share. This immersive hands on experience is guided by professional pastry chef, Natalie Sheridan who will walk you through key skills from preparation to elegant finishing touches. This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone who loves baking and wants to take their desserts to the next level You’ll bake, whisk and decorate your way through a delicious line-up, including: • A decadent chocolate mousse -learn layering, garnishing, and decorative chocolate work. • A seasonal fruit gâteau with crème diplomat -Master Genoese sponge, pastry cream, layering, and finishing a true showstopper. • A refreshing passion fruit verrine with homemade amaretti biscuits - explore texture, contrast, and elegant plating. • Perfect choux pastry with craquelin - piping, baking, filling, and glazing pâte à choux, with tips to adapt into profiteroles or éclairs. • Plus plenty of decorating and finishing techniques to give every dessert that refined, patisserie-style look. • A light lunch and refreshments are included throughout the day to keep us energised and inspired while we create!
